    My wife ordered food from door dash from Friendlies and was missing part of the order. It wasn’t door dashes fault, Friendlies messed up the order. She called and was put on hold for over 7 minutes. When she tried to call back the line is busy. How convenient.

    Worst experience ever, I ordered the avocado melt chicken sandwich. Bread was soggy, no avocado came on my sandwich, and frozen chicken. Order a side of vegetables and the gave me a very small portion. When I said something they didn’t even apologiZe, they charge us full price. On top of that waitress talked to her co-worker and looked at my table. Not sure what she said but she smirked. I’m glad I don’t live there, I will never go there ever !!

    Came for breakfast. Got combo. Eggs and pancakes were average. Sausage way too salty. Service was good. I asked for the senior free coffee. The request was rejected since the breakfast was half off. Considering the coffee was more than 1/3 of the cost, the rejection was insulting and I believe improper. Ate again and both the service and food we're adequate. Service was very good in a large restaurant visible off the main road with free parking. After the gas closure, Frendly's is Open for Business.

    Normally I adore friendly’s, but all of my experiences at this particular one have been bad. I always get the same sundae, and as far as I can remember they never make it right. The one I ordered comes with Swiss chocolate and hot fudge but I asked for double hot fudge instead and then extra extra hot fudge on top. Basically I want a sh*t ton of hot fudge. I watched them make it. One pump. And two little side containers of it. But they had no problem charging me the extra money. It cost me $11 for this sundae. I brought it back and said something and they remade it, exactly the same way.... I’m sorry but if I’m paying $11 for a sundae with extra extra hot fudge then there should be more then one pump of the stuff. No wonder friendlys in general aren’t doing very good these days. They’re usually empty no matter what time I go in, and I definitely see why. It’s an ice cream shop that charges $11 for a hot fudge sundae with no hot fudge

    I ordered iced tea, unsweetened, it was undrinkable. They replaced it with a soda. The turkey BLT was cold, it came with toasted white bread, I've never had bread that was toasted and still was white before. I ordered a side of onion rings, I got 6 rings. They were only 99 cents, but charge enough to put your best foot forward.
